1. How can I contact Grande Hampers?

You can place orders online any time of the day, seven days per week. We can also be contacted by phone from Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am - 8pm.


Order & Delivery

1. What is the deadline to place an order?

Grande Hampers deliver Monday to Saturday in and around Ernakulam District. If you require same-day delivery of your gift, we offer this service only within the city if you order by 10 am. If you require your gift to be delivered the following day, please place your order by 8pm.

2. What time will the gift be delivered?

Deliveries will arrive at business addresses before 4.00pm and residential addresses before 6.00pm Monday to Saturday. We will be alerting you once the gift is delivered to address.

3. What if my recipient is not at home?

We highly recommend delivering to a business address or a residential address where you know that someone will be home to accept the delivery.

If no-one is home, Grande Hamper’s will call up both the addressee and the sender to decide on the action. In case the gift has to be returned to us, we will be in contact to arrange a second delivery. Such instances will result in an additional redirection/redeliver charge, which can be up to 2 times the initial delivery charge if the couriers must deliver the gift back to our store plus deliver it out again. 4. How will my Chocolate Bouquet come presented?

Your gift may either arrive in one of our beautiful gift bags, or in a delivery box, depending on the estimated transit time and weather.

5. Can I request extra chocolates or soft toys to be added to the bloom?

Yes you can request for adding extra chocolates or soft toys to the gift you have ordered, If for any reason we are unable to do this, we will be in touch to discuss an alternative. 

6. What if the wrong address is supplied for delivery?

Ensuring that the full and correct street address is provided for delivery is your responsibility, including any landmarks where applicable. If your gift is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or insufficient details being supplied, an additional delivery charge may apply to redirect/redeliver the gift and may also cause delay in delivery.

7. Do I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes, an email and whatsapp message will be sent to you confirming the details of all online orders. Please contact us immediately if you do not receive this. If we cannot meet any specific requests listed in your order, we will be in contact to discuss your requirements.

8. What method of payment is accepted?

Our order confirmation email and whatsapp message will have our net banking details . Please note that payment is required before dispatch.

9. Can I change my mind after placing an order?

If you contact us before your gift has been dispatched , we can amend or cancel your order for an administration charge of Rs.250. After the order has been dispatched, no changes or cancellations can be made. 

10. Can I send a gift anonymously?

If your name is not on the sign off on gift card and the recipient wants to know who sent the gift they can call us, however we cannot reveal exactly who you are without your permission. Your billing details are never revealed to the recipient, the only information they receive is their delivery address, the gift card message and delivery instructions you put in the box at checkout. If you'd like to remain anonymous please ensure that you do not include your details in these areas.

11. Is my personal information secure when I order online? do not ask for your bank or card details. Your contact details will not be shared with anybody.

12. Can I design my own Chocolate Bouquet?

We ..can create a tailor made gift to your specifications and send you an image of the gift before sending it to make sure you are 100% happy.
